Previously, I have made a 'block booking' but I can't see this option on the new website

The ‘block booking’ option has been replaced with a discount opportunity for those booking four or more weeks consecutively in the same hut (exemptions apply)*.

Qualifying bookings secure a 25% discount. This provides wider booking flexibility, without the fixed period dates of the previous block booking option. Look for the discount in the basket at check-out.

NOTE The discount will not apply to the basket unless all periods selected qualify for the discount. You may make multiple bookings, if the discount is not reflected in the basket, please ensure any non-qualifying weeks are booked separately.

How can I amend or cancel my booking?
