CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request to move your booking to an alternative date if you have booked day/s or week/s. To request this contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you. Refunds for a cancellation for day/week bookings will not be given unless there are particular extenuating circumstances and will require a written request and be subject to approval at the discretion of the Coastal Property Manager.
Refunds will not be given in part or in full for long-hire.
PAYMENT SECURITY INFORMATION
All online card payments are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS), as recommended by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council and are directly processed using the Pay360 by Capita service.
Capita’s online payment management solutions are independently and rigorously securities assessed and are certified by Visa and MasterCard as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor.
